Frequently asked questions

How long does the authorization take?

Most applications are approved within minutes. Some files may take several weeks if IRCC requests additional documentation. The IRCC processing times widget at the top of this page shows the current average.

Do I need assistance or can I apply on my own?

You can technically apply without help, but simple mistakes — a misspelled name, wrong passport number, or an incorrect answer to admissibility questions — can result in a refusal. Our program eliminates that risk.

Is the IRCC government fee included?

The official IRCC fee ($7 CAD) is paid directly through the official portal at time of application. Our $95 CAD covers the assistance, preparation, and follow-up service.

Which nationalities does this apply to?

Citizens of countries that are visa-exempt for Canada and travelling by air (e.g. Mexican nationals are not eligible — they require a visitor visa). We verify your eligibility before we start.
