FAQ
Who needs an eTA?
Citizens of visa-exempt countries flying to Canada. Mexican citizens (with Mexican passport) require a visitor visa, not an eTA, since February 2024.
What is the official fee?
IRCC charges CAD $7. Our professional fee covers eligibility review, correct filing, and tracking.
How long does it take?
Most eTAs are approved within minutes. Some require additional review and can take several days — passport type and immigration history matter.
Does the eTA guarantee entry?
No. The eTA authorizes you to board the plane; the CBSA officer at the airport of arrival makes the final admission decision.
